Using conventional methods of cultivation, developers have created a product with a very high percentage of oleic acid (more than 80%) and a very high percentage of monounsaturated fatty acids (average 79%). This oil is therefore appropriate for a responsible lifestyle. But the product also has a long lifespan when used for frying. Because of its high heat resistance, High Oleic Sunflower Oil can be used for a very long time.
